The house

Built for wool, restored for hospitality.

Named for nineteenth-century wool broker Andrew Hinchcliff, the building carries stonework, timber structure, and warehouse character from Circular Quay's shipping history. Today, the house gives each level its own rhythm: Grana on the ground floor, Lana upstairs, Apollonia below, Bar Mammoni on Loftus Lane, and Level 2 for private events.
